DESCRIPTION

Noah's Mill ist ein Small Batch Bourbon von Weltklasse. Es ist eine Hit-Kreation aus der Willet Distillery, eine kleine Charge und seltene Art von Bourbon.

Noah's Mill kombiniert verschiedene Bourbons zu einer wunderbaren Mischung von unvergleichlicher und ausgewogener Komplexität und Tiefe.

Die Bourbonfässer werden bis zu zwei Jahrzehnte in Ruhe gelassen und dann nur in kleinen Chargen mit 114 Proof abgefüllt. Dieser Bourbon ist sanft, ohne einen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack zu hinterlassen, obwohl er eine sehr hohe Konzentration aufweist.

Er hat erstaunliche würzige Aromen, die sich außergewöhnlich gut mit cremigen und süßen Aromen verbinden. So ist es keine Überraschung, dass dieser Bourbon in kleiner Auflage bei der San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2012 mit der Double Gold Medal ausgezeichnet wurde.
