    The Grain-to-Glass Hinch Distillery is located south of Belfast in Northern Ireland. The distillery uses water from the Mourne Mountains, follows traditional Irish mashing methods, and is naturally part of a proud Irish history of triple distillation. Their whiskey mash house contains two mash vessels to maximize flavor profiles.
