The Caol Ila 1998/2024 – Peated, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs Choice series, is an impressive Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky that has matured for 25 years in a First Fill Sherry Butt (Cask No. 12879).

Distilled in 1998 and bottled in March 2024, this whisky is released in a limited edition of just 532 bottles.

With a robust alcohol content of 56.7%, and neither chill-filtered nor colored, it retains its natural color and full flavor. On the palate, it offers notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and smoke, complemented by hints of citrus peel and a mineral smokiness, typical of Caol Ila.
