  • Matured in Canasta Sherry Butts: Aging in these special sherry casks imparts a rich and complex flavor profile.
  • Complex Aroma Profile: The nose reveals notes of apricots and cream, complemented by a subtle hint of leather. The palate is dominated by apricot jam and tobacco leaf, leading to a long, dry finish with mature oak.
  • Historical Significance: The 2001 vintage marks the first production year after an eight-year closure of the distillery. Only a small number of casks were distilled that year, adding to its exclusivity.
