DESCRIPTION

Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Batch 83S, is a high-quality bourbon finished in port wine barrels. This bourbon is initially aged for up to 6 years in new, charred white oak barrels before being finished in 60-gallon ruby port barrels from Portugal. This special finishing process gives the whiskey subtle notes of vanilla, raisins, maple syrup, and roasted nuts, complemented by a clear, long-lasting sweetness and a hint of Madeira.

Each batch is blended in small quantities of 8 to 12 barrels to ensure consistent and high quality. The careful monitoring of each batch ensures that the unique flavor profile is maintained. This bourbon is particularly suited for enthusiasts who appreciate a balanced and smooth bourbon with a delicate sweetness.

Lincoln Henderson, a legendary master distiller, came out of retirement to create Angel's Envy with his son Wes.
