Glenburgie, also known as Glenburgie-Glenlivet, Glen Burgie, or Glenburry, is a whisky distillery near Alves, Moray. There is evidence that the distillery was founded as early as 1810, at that time under the name Kilnflat. Official records of the distillery only exist from 1829. After the distillery fell into financial difficulties, it was closed in 1870 and renamed Glenburgie in 1871.

In 2000, production at Glenburgie was completely halted. Between 2003-2004, the distillery was completely rebuilt, retaining only the stills from the old distillery. Soon after, in 2006, two more stills were added, increasing the total production capacity to around 4,200,000 liters of pure alcohol per year.

The majority of the whisky distilled at Glenburgie is used for blends, especially for Ballantine's, but also for Old Smuggler.

Signatory Vintage, based in Perthshire, Scotland, is a leading independent bottler known since its founding in 1988 by Andrew Symington for its exquisite and rare Scottish whiskies. The acquisition of the Edradour Distillery in 2002 marked another milestone for Signatory Vintage, as they now also oversee the distillation process themselves, thus gaining greater control over production.
