Die Cotswolds Distillery ist seit 2014 die erste vollumfängliche Brennerei der Region. Inmitten eines Postkartenidylls produziert sie ein besonders weiches, vollmundiges und fruchtiges Destillat. Dessen Charakter bringt die Destillerie nun erstmals durch einen ausschließlich in Bourbon Casks gereiften Whisky zum Ausdruck.

Der Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt entfaltet sich in Premium First Fill Casks aus amerikanischer Weißeiche. Frisch aus Kentucky kommen die Fässer ungedämpft und daher noch feucht in die Cotswolds, die Dauben mit herrlichem Bourbon Whisky getränkt. Nach geduldiger Reifung verleihen sie dem englischen Single Malt köstliche Noten von Vanille, karamellisierten Feigen und Honig, die Whisky-Puristen bei fassstarken 59,1% vol. genießen können.
