BESCHREIBUNG
The whiskey is made from organically grown Scottish barley, whose natural yield and rich soils ensure the depth of flavour. The delicate, fruity aromas of the spirit are emphasized by the gentle fermentation and distillation. Aging takes place in specially treated red wine and American whiskey casks to develop our spirit's signature body and sweetness.

The whiskey leaves a big impression with the smallest footprint. Each bottle is certified organic, made at Nc'Nean's proven carbon neutral distillery and filled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.

    Nc'Nean ist eine junge, unabhängige Bio-Whisky-Destillerie an der Westküste Schottlands und leistet Pionierarbeit bei der nachhaltigen Produktion von erstklassigen Whiskys.

    Annabel Thomas gründete Nc'nean, um die Art und Weise zu ändern, wie die Welt über schottischen Whisky denkt. Ihre Mission war es, einen Whisky zu kreieren, der in Harmonie mit diesem Planeten, den wir unser Zuhause nennen, existieren kann.

    Nachdem sie 2013 ihren Job in London aufgegeben hatte, verbrachte sie vier Jahre damit, Geldmittel zu beschaffen und die Destillerie an der Westküste Schottlands von Grund auf aufzubauen. Seit 2017 destilliert Nc’Nean hochwertige Whiskys in kleinen Auflagen.
